		<description>Hey it sounds like ur doing great!  Keep doing what ur doing and just add a few seconds or a minute more each week if u can.  Go at your own pace, don&#039;t beat yourself up, you&#039;re consistently moving forward and doing great things for your body.  I started by walking 30 minutes a day, then added 1 min of jogging...then 2 and so on.  It took a long time but now I am running 40 minutes at a time...I lost 40 pounds and feel great!  Namaste!</description>

Any suggestions for increasing my ability to jog longer? At present I&#039;m only jogging for a few minutes at a time, but find it difficult to keep going.</description>
