		<description>Good job, Matt. You can make the changes. I bet that with watching your food (and deficit!) carefully and upping your activity level that you&#039;ll see some big changes fairly quickly.

If you haven&#039;t read it yet, you might want to give Leigh&#039;s Fat Loss Trouble Shoot a read. I&#039;ve read and tried many things but FLTS really made a light bulb go off for me. Suddenly I am understanding not only WHAT to do but WHY it&#039;s important to do it that way. Talk about empowering!
