Cynthia, you are probably right, that it&#039;s best to start anaerobic exercises slowly. That&#039;s what I&#039;ll do. I&#039;ll prepare a delicate plan for myself - after all, I&#039;m in it for the long run. </description>

Glad to hear the hunger sensations are getting weaker... that hasn&#039;t quite happened for me yet. The exercise sounds good... running is something best worked up to gradually anyway, especially when one is overweight.

Go easy into the anaerobic stuff as well, it helps to give your tendons and supporting structure time to adapt. The pushups and crunches sound like a good start! You might try holding some planks as an alternate to the crunches.</description>
