Hi, my name is Matt and I welcome you to my blog PermanentFitness.com. On PermanentFitness.com you will find information on how to lose weight and get fit in a sustainable and healthy manner – how to do it so, that the result can be retained PERMANENTLY. How to lose weight and stay thin PERMANENTLY.

To be more specific, I am writing about:

  • Fat loss - losing unneccessary fat in a healthy manner. I explore reasons for fat accumulation and methods to reduce the level of excessive fat.
  • Diets - this is definatelly related to the above. I write about healthy and effective diets. But not only that. On PermanentFitness.com, you will also find articles on nutrition and healthy eating in general.
  • Fitness - one of my passions. I have always been a gerat fan of sports and activity. Here I write about staying in shape despite having a sitting job and despite lack of time.

You will not find any miracle ‘lose 10 pounds in a week’ methods on this blog. I write only about healthy, safe and proven methods of losing weight and getting fit. These are the methods which I use and believe in. I hope you’ll enjoy reading and find some benefit in it as well.

For those of you who are new to blogs – blog is a website updated with information – in case of this blog – it  is information on fat loss, fitness and diets. Every time, you will visit, there will be new stuff on the subject.

About me

My name is not really Matt – it is Maciej. Correct pronunciation of my name proves tricky for an average English speaker, and because of that most of my friends call me Matt. I know I should not let them get away with it that easily, but than again – what are friends for. I am 27 at the moment and live in Dublin Ireland.

At the moment I am on my way to get thin again – get thin and fit PERMANENTLY. You can track my progress in my weight loss plan page. This my social pressure which I create for myself to help me through. You can leave me a comment under any of my posts to support me, I will appreciate it. It will get me stronger.
